Since I don't really use this blog much anymore, I've decided to turn it into a training journal. I am coached by Adam Mills of Source Endurance, so I have prescribed workouts throughout the week. I create playlists for each workout so that I don't have to think about the length of the intervals and just to make it so much more enjoyable.
To kick off this nerdy data/music blog, I did 5 5min tempo intervals with 1min between each today.
We'll see if I actually stick to this throughout the rest of the season.
